The FourthLine Careers Podcast: Ep 01 - Data Protection, Imposter Syndrome & Creating your own opportunities with Tash Whitaker

At FourthLine, connecting top talent with some of the leading firms within the risk and regulatory/legal/finance sectors is what we do best. However,  there is no clear-cut path way to achieving the career you want and every story is different.

We also know that a lot of the talent we work with come with invaluable experience and insight, when it comes to navigating their career and we want to share those insights with you.

That's why we have decided to launch The FourthLine Careers Podcast.

Every fortnight, we will speak to top talent within the risk and regulatory space to gain an insight into what it takes to thrive in this space.

In our first episode, FourthLine's Lauren Webber is joined by Tash Whitaker, who started her career managing master data, implementing governance, protection and data privacy.

With over 20 years experience at Dun & Bradstreet and CISCO, Tash now uses her knowledge to guide organisations through her data protection journey.

In this conversation, we touch on many topics such as, creating your own opportunities, dealing with imposter syndrome and the importance of industry qualifications.

Having Tash as our first guest was a no-brainer and we're sure our audience will find her insights invaluable for those starting out in their career within Data Protection and Privacy.

Our podcast is available across all of the major platforms, including Apple and Spotify.
