Kieran founded FourthLine 13 years ago with a vision to create a highly specialised recruitment consultancy built on knowledge. Day to day he ensures that his team are well trained, happy and enjoy what they do whilst continually innovating and enhancing the FourthLine offer.

Outside of work he's a busy dad of three and enjoys football and completing triathlons.

Dan is responsible for building new customer relationships and creating new consulting revenue.

Owner of FourthLine's business development strategy for consulting.  He leads on customer engagement, identifying, creating and designing solutions to help our customers with risk and regulatory challenges.

Dan has over ten years of experience working with financial services businesses across regulatory change, risk management, compliance, financial crime, and data protection.

 

 

Away from the office, Dan has a busy family life and does whatever he is told!  He does however still find time to bore people senseless about music, sport and growing vegetables.

Jakes is responsible for driving business growth through content-driven inbound marketing strategies. He also manages all Operational and IT requirements for the business.

Jakes has over 23 years of marketing experience, 13 at Director level. His focus during the last 16 years has been driving sales productivity within various B2B sectors in the UK, across Europe and South-East Asia.

Away from the office, he enjoys mountain biking, drumming and spending time with his family. He is also a passionate Springbok rugby supporter and a Liverpool FC fan.

Amr is an experienced First Line of Defense employee with over six years of experience in asset management and investment banking.

He has significant expertise in the controls and operations environment within the Investment Management industry.

Previously a Senior Investment Operations Analyst at Border to Coast, playing a key role in supporting the dealing process and key stakeholder management, bridging the gap between the front office and compliance. 

Taiwo is a highly skilled and motivated professional with broad expertise in business continuity, enterprise risk, business process reengineering, and project management.

With a rich background spanning 15 years in the financial services and telecommunications sectors, Taiwo brings valuable hands-on experience to the table.
 
In the past seven years, Taiwo has consistently showcased his proficiency in developing and implementing effective business continuity management (BCM) and risk management practices. His track record includes defining recovery objectives and strategies, along with playing a crucial role in instilling a culture of risk awareness and business continuity through testing, training, and awareness initiatives.
