Life insurance client increases capabilities of compliance team

As a result of company growth and investment within their second line functions, our client was looking to increase their capabilities within the compliance team. Having taken the time over the months to understand our client's strategy and goals, FourthLine were appointed to help find a suitable senior compliance manager for a newly created role within the team.

The solution:

Having worked in the insurance regulatory market for over eight years, with an extensive pre-qualified candidate network, FourthLine offered the client our contingent product. Following an initial briefing with our HR contact, FourthLine arranged a call with the Head of Compliance to fully understand the background to the role, the technical skillset and experience required. FourthLine also took extra care and attention to understand the culture of the team as finding a candidate with mirrored attitudes, behaviours and beliefs was a critical consideration for the hiring manager.

FourthLine arranged a CV presentation call to help bring to life each candidate profile that was submitted; FourthLine knew of two suitable candidates immediately who were submitted the following day. Initial face to face interviews were then arranged for the next week with three candidates invited back for a final stage. Following each stage FourthLine provided written feedback from candidates back to the client. The process, from job specification call to offer acceptance, was completed in four weeks.
