Leading investment firm seeks help for large scale M&A

Fourthline was engaged by a leading Investment firm to source candidates for large scale M&A and onboarding of new trading platform.

The issue:

The client had various challenges to deliver a complex piece of integration. The first was the skill-set required for the role. The hybrid of PMO and strong regulatory change expertise as well as the location of the client had meant their normal channels of recruitment had ran into difficulties. Fourthline was engaged based on the successful and time effective delivery of CASS interim management resource at the end of 2017.

The solution: 

Through our extensive network, Fourthline were able to longlist a group of suitable regulatory change PMO candidates. By utilising an internal tool known as our “Core competency framework” (CCF) we were able to identify the best possible matches and shortlist to our client’s job specification in sound timeframes.

This ability to “know what good looks like” and a pro-active approach to pooling PMO associates allowed us to deliver a day of interviews and a successful placement. The effectiveness of the process enabled us to quickly onboard the candidate and help the client in re-aligning some of the inflight project priorities.
