After hearing that one of the UK’s largest insurance providers was looking to expand their team and recruit a Head of Compliance, FourthLine reached out to help them meet their resourcing needs.The Issue
Due to the rare skill-set and remote location of the company’s head office, finding the right candidate for the job had already proved a challenging task. After working with a previous agency, the position became time critical, with the previous candidate having backed out at the final stage.
Utilising our talent base and head-hunting techniques, we worked closely with the Chief of Compliance to determine the criteria for the position and from this we created a short-list of suitable candidates that not only fit the specific requirements, but who also lived close enough to the company’s head office.
Due to the urgent requirements, we made this position a priority and quickly came up with a short list of four candidates of which one was hired, with the whole process, from interview to hire taking just three weeks.
