Our client are a leading global asset management firm based in London. They specialise in equities and fixed income and have £600bn AUM. We were approached following the failure of traditional PSL agencies to provide such niche expertise and we worked directly with the Head of Compliance and Head of Change. The implementation of MiFID II meant that our client needed specialist resources which were not present in the business. FourthLine were engaged to provide two contractors to look at transaction reporting and best execution.
