Critical Talent is Fourthline’s retained search service. We understand that critical hires will still be made during the lockdown. Recruiting budgets are under pressure but we understand you still need a premium service. During the lock-down period, we are offering all customers the same high-quality service with no upfront financial commitment from you.

2. Critical Talent Pipelining and engagement with no financial commitment until a hire is made
We understand that you still need to make strategic plans for your business.  You may need new talent to implement your strategic plans. Our Critical Talent Pipelining service painstakingly identifies and engages your future team. You will be able to quickly hire the talent to execute those strategic plans and gain a competitive advantage. As a service to you, we are removing all upfront and engagement costs to ensure your talent pipeline is in great shape when we emerge from this crisis.

3. We will allow you to spread the payment and take advantage of extended guarantee periods for any hires made on the basis of a video interview, for any contingent hires
We will work with you during this period to arrange payment terms that best suit your business. We will allow new customers to spread the payment of new hires and offer extended rebates if you hire someone based on a video interview.
