Procura Rebrands to FourthLine
Dear Valued Client
I have some exciting news to announce today as Procura officially changes our name to FourthLine.
We started out on our company journey to become a specialist financial services recruitment business built on knowledge and I am pleased to say that nothing has changed with this ambition. As the company has developed over recent years, we quickly realised the best way for us to serve our customer’s hiring needs was to focus on our strengths. So this year we made the strategic decision to position the business as a specialist Governance, Risk, Compliance and Regulatory Change resourcing business. As part of our company brand development we conducted customer surveys and found our customers felt that we needed a new brand name that had a stronger affinity with the Risk and Compliance field in which we specialise. FourthLine was born.
Introducing the FourthLine of Defence.
We decided on the brand name FourthLine based upon the “Three Lines of Defence Model” synonymous with the GRC profession. We believe in order for our customers to manage risk across their business there is a FourthLine of Defence which is talent and expertise. Our vision is to continue to build FourthLine into an industry leading provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance experts to the financial services industry.

At FourthLine we search and select experts that protect business integrity. The people who form high performing Governance, Risk and Compliance teams. Our ability to search, identify and select the very best candidates provides our clients with the expertise to avoid hefty ﬁnes from the regulator, whilst protecting them against reputational damage from their hard won customer base and ultimately achieving growth in a compliant way. The brand will deliver on three core promises; highly responsive, industry leading levels of due diligence and the identification of the top 20% of Industry talent.
So from today we will be known as FourthLine.
We are very excited about the future and look forward to continuing to serve our existing customers and welcoming new customers on board too. We have been working hard at developing the new brand over the last 6 months and we look forward to following up with you over the coming weeks to talk you through FourthLine in more detail.
