SMCR HR Business Partner

Up to £45000 per annum

FourthLine are working with one our clients, a well known Credit Management Company in Southeastern England who are looking for a HR Business Partner to support the delivery of the Senior Managers Certification Regime.

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Kent
Start Date: Immediate Start Needed
Rate: £45,000 - £60,000

Key Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience within the Financial Services as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
-Experienced in supporting the implementation of the SMCR programme from a HR perspective.
-Strong Project Management Skills
-Experienced in reviewing and updating HR processes and policies.
-A self starter that can work effectively in a fast paced organisation with the ability to work well under pressure.
-Robust stakeholder management skills to Board level.
-CIPD is preferred but not essential.
