  • At least 12 months experience in a compliance monitoring, compliance generalist or quality assurance role.
  • Some experience in the General Insurance space, either for a direct Insurer, broker or intermediary.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and changes impacting the general insurance sector
  • Hands on approach and able to work independently

The role will involve ensuring Governance is in place and Stakeholder Management.

I am currently working with a globally recognised business who are looking for a PMO to support the governance of various projects.

The role will involve creating and managing multiple project plans, managing project resources, ensuring projects progress successfully through each stage and reporting project status to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting multiple projects at once and will have a PRINCE II or PMP qualification, although this is desirable not essential.

Contract length: six months with the possibility of extension

My Client is in the process of starting an exciting project designed to introduce the Clarizen PPM tool into their business. They are looking for a Clarizen specialist to work closely with the PMO function, who will be a central figure in the configuration, testing and implementation phase.

  • Financial budgeting
  • Interacting with project work, historically based on JIRA (you will be working closely with a JIRA SME)

Fourthline is representing a well-established insurance business based in Kent to help identify a new Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team.

As Compliance Monitoring Manager , you will be sat in the broad compliance function responsible for compliance monitoring across all of the UK regulated entities. The role will interact very heavily with senior level stakeholders across each business unit in carrying out their duties and you will be a visible presence for the compliance team across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Risk, you will be responsible for the assisting in the design and delivery of the annual risk based compliance monitoring. Our client is looking for the right candidate to be able to undertake a thorough risk assessment of specific business areas, and support the maintenance of processes and policies key to conduct risks and TCF facing the business. You will assist with thematic reviews including the reporting on remedial actions.

To be considered for this position you must possess rounded regulatory knowledge having come from an audit or compliance role from an FCA regulated background in the insurance (life or non-life) sector.
