Financial Crime Officer - Up to £25,000

Our valued client, a credit card provider based in South East England are looking to grow their AML and Financial Crime team.

The role will be focused around AML investigations, dealing with internal and external regulatory bodies and monitoring transactions.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in AML investigation
- Knowledge of dealing with Witness statements and regulatory, and governed bodies.
- Knowledge of PEPS and Sanctions desirable, but not essential.
- Working knowledge of AML and transaction monitoring

This role will be based in their South East England office, and provide opportunity to progress within the business, as well as the possibility for job-related qualifications to be funded by the company.

The role will involve ensuring Governance is in place and Stakeholder Management.

Essential skills:

  • Strong experience in the use of Excel and Sharepoint
  • Experience supporting large change Projects
  • The ability to deal with senior level stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to work, while able to take ownership and work on their own accord
  • A knowledge of Waterfall methodology

Fourthline is representing a well-established insurance business based in Kent to help identify a new Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team.

As Compliance Monitoring Manager , you will be sat in the broad compliance function responsible for compliance monitoring across all of the UK regulated entities. The role will interact very heavily with senior level stakeholders across each business unit in carrying out their duties and you will be a visible presence for the compliance team across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Risk, you will be responsible for the assisting in the design and delivery of the annual risk based compliance monitoring. Our client is looking for the right candidate to be able to undertake a thorough risk assessment of specific business areas, and support the maintenance of processes and policies key to conduct risks and TCF facing the business. You will assist with thematic reviews including the reporting on remedial actions.

To be considered for this position you must possess rounded regulatory knowledge having come from an audit or compliance role from an FCA regulated background in the insurance (life or non-life) sector.
