Senior Compliance Officer - London - Up to £75,000

Up to £60000 per annum

Fourthline are working with our client, a well-established and globally renowned International Bank, with products such as mortgages, credit cards, current accounts and loans are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join the team.

Based in their London Headquarters, you will be working with different departments within the bank, providing compliance advice and designing and delivering training with relation to new products and services.

Job Type: Permanent
Location: London
Salary: £75,000 benefits and bonuses.
Work Pattern: Mon-Fri


  • Have a clear understanding of the recent changes within FCA handbooks, relating to banking products such as current accounts, loans, cards, mortgages etc;
  • Compliance Monitoring and/or Compliance Advisory experience;
  • Be able to read and understand the banks Regulations, specifically relating to the PRA, the FCA Conduct requirements.
  • The ability to understand, write and present reports in a clear and concise manner;
  • Have oversight of risk mitigation providing guidance and support to the business;
  • Experience in people management is a bonus.

My client, a global financial services company are looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their Compliance Governance team in the London HQ.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working in a financial services business or consulting role, ideally dealing with CONC products;
  • Knowledge and experience in change/project management and regulations such as SMCR;
  • Experience working closely with senior members of staff, including C-suite and Director level;
  • Understanding of compliance, in order to build and develop the Compliance governance frameworks alongside the CCO and Senior Compliance Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivating, tactful and confident when delivering reports to the wider business.
