FourthLine are working with a Global Law firm who are looking to hire an Interim Project Manager for 12 months in London.
The Project Manager will be working on the following projects.
1) Implementing the ISO 9001 standard
2) Implementing a Compliance framework and policies across the whole organisation.
The firm are looking to hire ASAP, but a few weeks notice is acceptable.

£100000 - £110000 per annum

What do you have to offer?
- Private practice and in-house experience as a Privacy Lawyer.
- Strong technical knowledge of privacy laws, including the GDPR and PECR.

What does a day at the firm look like?

- Support the firm with the mitigation of data privacy risks.

Data Protection Manager

Up to £38000 per annum

A fulfilling and lifechanging charity are looking for their new Data Protection Manager with the interest of easing them into the statuary DPO role.

This role, based near Kensington in West London, is looking for a data protection subject matter expert to manage the charity's data protection compliance activities and provide high-level data protection advice. This role is a 12 month FTC but is very likely to be signed off as permanent before the FTC is completed.

A day in the life in this role:

  • Host any privacy training and GDPR awareness courses for the staff and volunteers;
  • Either act as the DPO or train toward becoming comfortable in the statuary DPO role;
  • Carry out any incoming information requests;
  • Provide detailed and understandable advice to the staff and volunteers on how best to handle information;
  • Assist with data protection and compliance audits internally;
  • To review and update any internal policies & procedures and ensure all documentation and contracts are compliant.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Feel comfortable being considered an organisation's data privacy subject matter expert;
  • Be able to communicate and translate the complexities of the GDPR to all levels of staff and volunteers associated with the charity;
  • Enjoy putting themselves into different teams across the business and demonstrating best privacy working practices;
  • Have charity/not-for-profit experience;
  • Have demonstrable working experience of implementing GDPR into an organisation and advising on Data Protection;
  • Have delivered privacy and GDPR training.

Records Manager

£36000 - £40000 per annum

One of the nation's leading charities are looking to hire a new Records Manager based just south of the City of London to take control of their records management activities. This role is a senior position paying up to £40,000.

This Records Manager is to work within their Information Governance team across their two sites in the City of London and South-East London managing their highly sensitive information services.

In this role, you will have the responsibility to…

  • Raise awareness of best Information and Records Management practices;
  • Manage their records and information efficiently and to a secure standard;

Information Governance Manager

An award-winning Healthcare organisation based in City of London are looking to bring on a new Information Governance Manager.

Paying up to £60,000, the role will be responsible for all Information Governance and Data Protection activities throughout the organisation whilst assuming management of the IG committee.

What will I be doing?

  • Provide oversite and implementation of both their IG framework and their BAU GDPR projects being carried out;
  • Plan, complete and review their data protection impact assessments;
  • Raise the Information Governance profile throughout via driving awareness and delivering training for the staff;
  • Draft and amend internal policies and procedures, 3rd party contracts and documentation to ensure they are compliant.

  • At least 2 to 3 years of proven information governance and data protection experience within a healthcare provider;
