Remediation Manager - 6 Months - Manchester

FourthLine are working with a leading Law Firm who are looking to add a project orientated Remediation Manager to enhance their Financial Crime capabilities.

The desired candidate must be able to hit the ground running and lead a team of people on an AML/KYC Remediation project for a client of theirs in the Financial Services sector.

The role:

  • A chance to represent a leading Legal Services Firm in a client facing role
  • Leading a team of specialists to deliver AML/KYC remediation project
  • To successfully hit the ground running for phase 2 of project lifecycle

Essential skills:

  • Project experience in the Financial Services space with a focus on AML/CTF
  • Demonstrable knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements
  • Solid communication and documentation skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet key project milestones throughout
  • Participated in remediation projects within reputable financial services firms
  • Consultancy experience is preferred but not essential

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the existing propositions deliver great customer outcomes.
  • Help deliver against the CASS regulatory framework and provide oversight to third parties managing CASS processes for the entities.
  • Operate within a robust risk, control and governance regime to facilitate the robust oversight of existing propositions.
