Project Office Manager - London - 12 Month FTC - upto £60,000

£50000 - £60000 per annum

FourthLine are currently recruiting for a Project Office Manager to join our internationally renowned legal client based in London. The successful candidate will be hired on a 12 Month FTC with a pro-rata salary of up to £60,000.

Joining as a Project Office Manager, you will be supporting strategic IT transformations within the firm, as-well as carrying out both Project Management and IT Operations responsibilities.

Some of the main responsibilities of the role are the following:

  • Financial Management - Maintaining project financials (forecasts v actuals), Budget Planning and Management, Financial Reporting.
  • Responsibility for assisting in the delivery of multiple projects at one time.
  • Helping manage project expectations and to communicate with the Key Stakeholders across the business
  • Leading procurement processes within the IT department.
  • General PMO support (RAID Management, Change Management, Reporting, Planning)

Suitable Candidates for the Project Office Manager role may have the following backgrounds or have experience in the following areas:

  • One or numerous professional's qualifications related to project and/or programme management.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience of working specifically within an PMO.
  • A competent understanding of project management techniques, as-well as solid commercial and analytical skills.
  • Agile Experience.

Legal Director

£120000 - £135000 per annum

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Legal Director to join the London office of a multi-national Social Media and Marketing Management firm who have worked with some of the world's most well-known brands.

The role is based in their London office, with the successful candidate acting as the sole counsel for that office, and to build a team beneath them. The role will support the operations in the EMEA region and also deal with the company's global legal team.

The Role:

  • Manage the legal function in the EMEA region
  • Draft and negotiate all forms of company contracts, including SaaS agreements.
  • Provide training to the sales and services teams on processes, compliance and new legislation
  • Due diligence and integration of acquisition targets in coordination with other departments

The Person:

  • Will have at least 7 years PQE with strong experience in a software/technology company, preferably with an international company.
  • Strong experience managing a legal team.
  • Have success working with sales teams in customer negotiations
  • Have an in-depth understanding of contract law and software contract requirements and strong skills in negotiating SaaS agreements.
  • Understand and experience of privacy laws, in particular GDPR.
  • Fluency in another European language would be an added bonus!
  • Excellent organisational skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail, common sense and a sense of humour
  • Ability and drive to learn quickly.
  • Experience of social media would also be a bonus!
