Project Office Manager - London - 12 Month FTC - upto £60,000

£50000 - £60000 per annum

FourthLine are currently recruiting for a Project Office Manager to join our internationally renowned legal client based in London. The successful candidate will be hired on a 12 Month FTC with a pro-rata salary of up to £60,000.

Joining as a Project Office Manager, you will be supporting strategic IT transformations within the firm, as-well as carrying out both Project Management and IT Operations responsibilities.

Some of the main responsibilities of the role are the following:

  • Financial Management - Maintaining project financials (forecasts v actuals), Budget Planning and Management, Financial Reporting.
  • Responsibility for assisting in the delivery of multiple projects at one time.
  • Helping manage project expectations and to communicate with the Key Stakeholders across the business
  • Leading procurement processes within the IT department.
  • General PMO support (RAID Management, Change Management, Reporting, Planning)

Suitable Candidates for the Project Office Manager role may have the following backgrounds or have experience in the following areas:

  • One or numerous professional's qualifications related to project and/or programme management.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience of working specifically within an PMO.
  • A competent understanding of project management techniques, as-well as solid commercial and analytical skills.
  • Agile Experience.
