FourthLine are currently working with our Insurance client, who are looking to bring in a PMO/Project Support contractor to help support a GDPR Programme.
The role will require a background in Project support roles within Insurance, and will require someone with the ability to:

  • Work within a Project environment (Waterfall) with the ability to manage RAIDs and convey information to senior level stakeholders
  • Understand GDPR regulation
  • Use Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project to an advanced level
  • Manage senior stakeholders up to DPO and Steering Committee level
  • Take on Analysis duties when required

A multinational insurance company are currently looking for a Chartered Company Secretary to join their growing team. The role will you give the chance to experience a broad variety of tasks supporting their leading team in London.


Day to day duties include…

  • Supporting the company secretarial team in delivering corporate governance through the support it provides to the subsidiary boards and committees
  • Provide support to the group's Real Assets business - creating meeting packs, attending meetings, taking minutes and managing any matters that arise
  • Responsible for the governance, statuary compliance and company secretarial support for a sizeable portfolio of mainly UK entities
  • Overseeing of the statuary accounts timetable for certain entities and reviewing financial statements from the perspective of a Company Secretary
  • Providing maintenance and updating of Blueprint Company Secretarial records
  • Dealing with ad hoc board queries and providing advice to the board on any laws / regulations
  • Delivering Company Secretarial support on numerous transactions, ranging from disposals and acquisitions to intra-group restructurings and liquidations.


The ideal candidate…

  • Ideally someone who is ICSA qualified
  • Experience of working within the Financial services
  • Board / Committee meeting management experience
  • Knowledge of Blueprint Secretarial software and Diligent Board books
  • At least 5 years' experience in a Company Secretary role

Senior Risk Analyst


FourthLine are looking to recruit a Risk Analyst on behalf of our General Insurance client based in Central London. As a result of growth within the team we are looking for someone to support the Head of Risk in the general day to day running of the department including identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of risks.
Key responsibilities of the role will include, conducting risk analysis and control assurance activities, follow up and reporting of risk incidents, maintenance of risk registers, complex ad-hoc reviews as requested, provision of written and quantitative reports to senior management and risk committee in addition to working closely with the business identifying data for KRI's and risk reports.
Suitable candidates will ideally have:

  • A number of years' worth of experience working within a Risk Management function of a Life Insurance business, however applicants from other areas within General Insurance and wider financial services are welcomed to apply.
  • Wider Financial Services experience would be considered. We are looking for candidates with a solid understanding of loss reporting, some experience following up risk incidents, the ability to update or add information to a risk register in addition to the general understanding of the role of a traditional risk management function.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working within a small team and willing to roll their sleeves up with the day to day responsibilities of the role.
  • The ability to build relationships across all levels of stakeholders is essential.

Compliance Monitoring Analyst


Compliance Monitoring Analyst - Insurance

A well known insurance broker are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join their team in the London office.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role with a strong possibility that the role will go permanent.

The position will be reporting directly to the Head of Compliance Monitoring and will be responsible for carrying out thematic reviews and compliance based audits.

This is a well established firm with a great reputation and somewhere that looks after its employees. The compliance department is currently well resourced and this a new role to support them through their growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Updating the compliance monitoring plan.
  • Facing off with the advisory team.
  • Modernising aspects of the compliance function
  • Attend meetings regarding the businesses direction and provide input from a compliance perspective.
  • Oversee the client file review process and ensure that the plan has been followed.
