FourthLine are currently engaged with a leading consultancy who are currently looking to build to their Regulatory Consulting team.

The client is looking for a Prudential Senior Risk Manager who has previous experience within a Consultancy, who is able to generate new business and effectively liaise with internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous consulting and management experience
  • 4-5 years relevant Risk experience
  • Fantastic knowledge of Banking PRU regulations such as ICAAP, CRD IV
  • Ideally led a project relating to PRU regulations
  • Strong understanding and experience around credit and other financial risk models on the market
  • Second language would be desirable

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as a the primary point of contact for assessing controls and identifying remediation opportunities.
  • Reporting and detailing control gaps and provide assurance that controls are performing effectively.
  • Manage cycle of assessments and review processes and procedures.

FourthLine are working with a Financial Services firm who are looking to identify an Information Security Analyst responsible for the management of Third Party Information Security Risk in the region.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Acting as the liaison point for the risk function and Third Party suppliers.
  • Maintain and manage the Third Party Asset Registers and external resources.
  • Remediate outcomes of risk assessments and management of providers.
  • Identify, track and manage risk and control deficiencies relating to Third Parties.

What I am looking for:

  • Must have worked in Information Security within a regulated environment, preferably Financial Services.
  • Experience of supporting or managing Third Party risk assessment programmes as part of current role.
  • Previous experience working with information security standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and NIST.

Operational Risk Manager

£500 - £600 per day negotiable on experience

FourthLine is working with an International Bank to help secure the services of an Interim Operational Risk Manager. The day rate contractor will work with the CRO to improve the operational risk framework through robust RCSA processes.

Responsibilities/Deliverable's:

  • Design, Implementation and Embedding RCSA's as part of the wider Operational Risk framework.
  • Training relevant stakeholders on RCSA's and their importance/benefits to the business.
  • Creating an action plan to resolve the deficiencies.
  • Developing KRI improvements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Operational Risk, specifically in the design, implementation and embedding of RCSA's business wide.

The role responsibilities include:

  • 1st line sampling across all business lines with testing and reviews of process controls, highlighting control weaknesses and/or non-adherence.
  • SLA and 3rd Party Monitoring.
  • Support for Audits and reviews of CASS /MIFID2 Transaction Reporting, REP 018 and other Regulatory reporting undertaken.


In order to qualify for the role requirements include:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a Middle Office/First Line Assurance Control Role.
  • Previous experience gained in an audit capacity advantageous.
  • Experience of CASS audits including Rules Mapping, Control assessments and general CASS support advantageous.
