FourthLine are working closely with a client of ours; a leading international Retail Bank and Capital Markets firm in London who are looking for an Interim Compliance officer to explore the current position of the Bank and asses existing permissions as well as understand regulatory implications for overseas customers.
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 3-6 Months
Location: London
Start Date: Immediately
Rate: Attractive Day Rate
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working within the Financial Services within the Compliance or Legal department with experience of global regulatory permissions.
  • Document compliance requirements arising from products and services to customers in other jurisdictions.
  • Experience in Documenting Processes and Procedures.
  • Experienced In liaising closely with a number of Senior Stakeholders providing advice and support on Regulatory requirements.
  • Creating processes around the Compliance Horizon scanning function for overseas locations.
  • Retail banking experience with Mortgage, Loans and Trade Finance product experience.

My client, a global financial services company are looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their Compliance Governance team in the London HQ.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working in a financial services business or consulting role, ideally dealing with CONC products;
  • Knowledge and experience in change/project management and regulations such as SMCR;
  • Experience working closely with senior members of staff, including C-suite and Director level;
  • Understanding of compliance, in order to build and develop the Compliance governance frameworks alongside the CCO and Senior Compliance Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivating, tactful and confident when delivering reports to the wider business.
