FourthLine are representing our boutique consulting client as they look to hire three consultants within their Financial Services Regulatory Practice.
If you are an SME in Conduct or Prudential Regulation with experience working in Industry, for the Regulator or another Consultancy, interested in working for a boutique firm headed up by industry leaders then this may be an opportunity you will be interested in.
As part of the firm’s ongoing growth strategy, we are looking for candidates to join as Consultants and Senior Consultants. With a clear plan for progression and personal development, professionals working for this firm have had the opportunity to work on various projects across multiple sectors within the financial services sector, often with exposure to C- level stakeholders.
Typical areas of regulatory project and change work currently includes:
- Implementation of upcoming regulatory change, inc. SMCR, GDPR
- Skilled persons reviews
- Board effectiveness reviews
- Licensing and authorisations
- General regulatory compliance reviews, including gap analysis and restructuring
We are interested in hearing from any candidate with conduct or prudential regulatory experience within financial services who are committed to securing a consulting role in London – this opportunity would suit candidates who like variety of projects, being challenged and working with various stakeholder groups.
You must have a solid educational background with a minimum of a 2:1 degree, ideally related to finance/economics/law but any degree considered.
