Senior Records Coordinator

I’m working with a Global firm who are looking to identify a Senior Records Coordinator to join on a permanent basis. The role will involve consulting the business on Information Management procedures and ensuring ongoing compliance with GDPR and other relevant Data Protection & Privacy regulations.


  • Assess the Firm and ensure it is compliant with Data Protection laws under GDPR in relation to Records Management.
  • Handle Physical and Electronic records ensuring correct Data Retention and Disposal procedures are followed.
  • Develops and maintains Data Inventory Systems for both physical and electronic records.
  • Provides Training and guidance for staff on multiple Information Governance topics.
  • Advises staff about Records Management, Data Privacy and Security best practices.


  • Strong influencing ability and able to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Records Management.


  • Hands-on experience of Records or Documents Management within a Law Firm.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree.

Location: London

Salary: Up to 35,000

Duration: Permanent
