I'm working with a leading Professional Services firm who are looking to identify an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join on a permanent basis. The role will involve monitoring the firms ongoing Cyber Security compliance ensuring the detection capability is effective in identifying events that could point to and incident.


Responsibilities:

  • To identify and analyse all trends appearing from incidents and audit outcomes.
  • Establish the root cause of incidents and work to eliminate it.
  • Anayse threats and vulnerability as well as advising on Security.
  • Monitor for any Security incidents and ensure the appropriate remedial action is taken in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide Incident Response support to confirmed incidents.
  • Assess trends of security log data from numerous heterogenous security devices.



Essential:

  • Proven hands-on experience within Information Security.
  • Practised in conducting Information Security incident analysis.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft architecture.



Desired:

  • Hold a Security qualification such as SANS Cyber Defense, EC-Council Certified Security Analyst, GIAC etc.
