Fourthline are working with our client, a well-established and globally renowned International Bank, with products such as mortgages, credit cards, current accounts and loans, who are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join the team.


Based in their London Headquarters, you will be working with different departments within the bank, providing compliance advice and designing and delivering training with relation to new products and services.


Job Type: Permanent
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 benefits and bonuses.
Work Pattern: Mon-Fri

Requirements:

  • Have a clear understanding of the recent changes within FCA handbooks, relating to banking products such as current accounts, loans, cards, mortgages etc;
  • Compliance Monitoring and/or Compliance Advisory experience;
  • Be able to read and understand the banks Regulations, specifically relating to the PRA, the FCA Conduct requirements.
  • The ability to understand, write and present reports in a clear and concise manner;
  • Have oversight of risk mitigation providing guidance and support to the business;
  • Experience in people management is a bonus.

Compliance Manager


FourthLine are exclusively representing an up and coming financial technology provider as they look to hire a Compliance Manager to their expanding London operation. The company has gone from strength to strength over the past two years offering services such as peer to peer lending, pre-paid card services, currency exchange and much more. They continue to grow across Europe and have plans to offer services in North America.

Joining the Group Compliance team, you will have specific responsibilities for the wealth and trading products. You will become the CF10 for this particular area of the business. Working very closely with the Head of Group Compliance and the Head of Wealth and Trading, you will take ownership of:

  • Designing, amending and implementing relevant policies and procedures for the wealth and trading arm of the business
  • Review and sign off of financial promotions and other marketing materials.
  • Horizon scanning and providing recommendations to the wider compliance and legal team about potential changes needed within the firm.
  • Working closely with the Head of Trading and Wealth to design and get regulatory approval for new products



To be considered for this position you must have:

Legal qualification in the UK
Knowledge and experience of regulations and compliancebest practice that apply to retail investments products, ideally stock brokerage or wealth management

You will ideally have:

Experience working for a compliance consulting firm or a FinTech Provider
Tech or digital background, and able to work with various digital platforms
Previous experience as a CF10 would be ideal, but in no way essential.

Threat Intelligence Manager


I'm working with a leading firm in London who are looking to identify a Threat Intelligence Manager to join the firm as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and building out the Global Threat Analysis Programme within the business.
  • Draft and maintain Policies and Procedures for Threat Analysis.
  • Drive Initiatives and Projects regarding Threat Intelligence.
  • Working with the wider Technical & Security teams on a regular basis.
  • Create and maintain company awareness of any potential threats.
  • Presenting Data Analytics findings to the Board.



Essential:

  • A background in Financial Services is a must.
  • Need to have worked within a Threat Intelligence role previously, at a similar level for a couple of years.
  • Demonstrable experience in Threat Information gathering and analysis.
  • Experienced engaging with Senior Stakeholders & C-Suite including reporting to the Board.

EMEA Data Protection Lawyer

£70000 - £75000 per annum


FourthLine are working with a leading financial services company based in London who are looking to build out their Legal Privacy team with an EMEA Data Protection Lawyer.
The role will be the point of contact for legal data protection advice within the business and will support Data Protection Compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Privacy focused legal advice to the business as well as act as a Data Protection Subject Matter Expert within the business.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and drafting data protection terms in contracts, policies and notices.
  • Perform privacy due diligence activities.
  • Designing and delivering legal privacy awareness training.


What I am looking for:

  • A UK or EU legally qualified Privacy Lawyer with significant experience within the financial services sector or in a law firm.
  • Experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and privacy policies.
  • A CIPP/E or ISEB qualified Privacy Professional with strong knowledge of the European market.


Location: London
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000.

Change Management Analyst


FourthLine are working with an International Financial Services client who are looking for a Change Support Analyst to work on a global Finance Transformation Programme.

The ideal candidate with have the following experience:

  • Minimum two years experience in a Change environment within the Financial Services sector (ideally in a global environment)
  • A background/knowledge of Finance, ideally with an accountancy qualification although this is not essential
  • Ability to manage meetings through preparation, minute taking and follow up actions
  • Ability to track important stakeholder engagement with the Finance Transformation Programme
  • Able to understand an overall change management plan, identifying dependencies and potential pitfalls while reporting to the workstream
