FourthLine are currently representing our General Insurance client recruit for a Compliance Manager in their busy team. Based in central London, this client has a great reputation for valuing and developing their staff.
Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Conducting compliance monitoring and thematic reviews
  • Review of policies and procedures
  • Review and sign off marketing materials
  • Providing advice to various business units
  • Interpretation of regulatory change and impact on the business in conjunction with the Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance

Suitable candidates for the role will have the following experience:

  • Minimum 3-4years' experience within a financial services business, in a compliance role for an insurance firm.
  • Comfortable writing reports and using an evidence based approach
  • Knowledge of FCA regulation, ideally within the retail financial services sector
  • Hands on approach and an interest in developing transferable skills

Finance Transformation Project Manager

Information Security and Cyber Security Analyst

FourthLine are working with a Financial Services company in London who are looking to build out their Information and Cyber Security team with an Information Security and Cyber Security Analyst.

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all security related incidents within the business.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that the security agenda remains priority.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO27001 throughout the business.
  • Review current controls and implement solutions to security gaps.
  • Work with third parties on suspected incidents and due diligence activities.

What I am looking for:

  • An experienced Information Security/Cyber Security specialist with three years' hands on experience of SIEM and Vulnerability Management solutions, Security Architecture design and implementation, MSSP SOC and Incident Detection and Response.
  • A passionate individual who has experience working in an ITIL environment and can effectively communicate (written or verbal) security initiatives.

Salary: up to £70,000.


Intercompany Module Lead

FourthLine are currently working with a prestigious Financial Services company to recruit an Intercompany Module Lead.

I am ideally looking for somebody with strong Intercompany module experience, with knowledge of transactions, reconciliations, eliminations and intercompany reporting.

Experience with Oracle Cloud would be highly beneficial but not essential. A background in Financial Services would also be useful.

Compliance Analyst

Junior Compliance Analyst - Insurance Broker

  • Conduct compliance monitoring reviews in conjunction with the compliance monitoring manager.
  • Ensure that policies are regularly updated in line with business needs.
  • Promote a positive customer experience by carrying out conduct risk reviews.
  • Providing advisory support to the business by answering queries from brokers.
  • Regularly link in with the regulator to asses what statements and policies will impact the business.
  • Support senior managers in approved person applications and reviews.

ERP Onboarding Consultant

FourthLine are currently working with a prestigious Insurance company to recruit a Business Analyst on a 6 month contract basis in support of a global Finance Transformation Programme.

The role is a hybrid role which will assist with onboarding of businesses onto a new platform. You will provide the Project team with data and process information, while assisting with testing and troubleshooting.

A background in the Financial Services sector (preferably Insurance) would be beneficial, but ERP implementation experience is a must.

The role will involve an element of travel so any language skills would be a bonus.

Compliance Officer

A leading Insurance Broker is looking to fill an interesting and diverse vacancy within the compliance team.
You will be providing advice and guidance to the business from a regulatory and compliance standpoint. They are looking for someone to work across the business who has strong influencing skills and someone who is able to demonstrate experience of influencing key stakeholders.
As the position is working with retail products, they are looking for someone with a strong background in compliance advice and FCA guidelines. You will need at least 3 years' experience working in a compliance role for a broker.
Key responsibilities will include some of the following:

  • Actively promote and embed a positive risk and compliance culture across the firm
  • Provide advice and guidance to staff in the development and monitoring of operational documents, procedures and computer systems to ensure effective compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with other members of UK Risk & Compliance as appropriate to ensure policies, materials and training take into account any trends identified.
  • Where necessary, carry out the analysis of upcoming regulatory changes and the impact on the firm's policies, procedures & materials liaising with all relevant key stakeholders.
  • Carry out the timely preparation and accurate submission of FCA reporting
  • Maintenance of compliance registers and documents
  • Regular liaison with appropriate regulators (FOS, FCA)
  • Prepare and deliver required compliance reports
  • Ad hoc support to the wider compliance function

My client are in the process of embedding Dynamics 365 following a business wide Finance Transformation Programme. The role is based in London and will last a minimum of 6 months with a high chance of an extension.
