FourthLine are currently recruiting for a leading Financial Services Firm who are looking for a CASS Compliance Analyst to assist with the CASS compliance oversight within the business.

The role consists of:

  • Working alongside Senior Managers in reconciliations, operations and compliance as well as the CF10a in ensuring CASS quality assurance in operations.
  • Support the CASS Risk & Compliance monitoring plan including the sign off of monitoring reports.
  • Ensure that the Risk & Compliance policies and procedures remain in line with the businesses regulatory activities in relation to CASS.
  • Support the CF10a in providing CASS training as required across Compliance and the wider business.
  • Oversee any CASS regulatory developments that impact the business.
  • Provide support and challenge key stakeholders in managing CASS risks and issues within the business.
  • Work closely with the CASS office and CF10a to support internal and external audits.

In order to qualify for the role, my client is looking for candidates who have/are:

  • SME in CASS
  • Experience in CASS compliance and compliance monitoring is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a CASS role within an investment management or platform business.
  • Highly organised, confident, decisive and enthusiastic self-starter.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience delivering digital based projects from start to finish, delivering sprints through to implementation
  • A background in Financial Services
  • An in depth understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum framework
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, managing stakeholders from IT, marketing proposition and product departments

Investment Operations Controls Enhancement

Scotland Based candidates only.

I am working with a leading Investment platform who are looking to add, improve and develop existing operational controls.

The Contractor will need to have Front to Back experience and be able to hit the ground running.

Investment Operations Experience is critical.

Investment Platform/Buy side experience is also essential.

Previous experience of 1LOD & 2LOD is required.

The knowledge of control enhancement, being able to make existing controls, industrial controls for tomorrow.

The role will also involve being hands on and require experience of writing and implementing theory whilst documenting and proposing control aid improvements.

PMO Analyst - Essex

FourthLine are working with a well respected Financial Services client to resource a PMO Analyst. The business is going through a large amount of change and is looking to grow their PMO function to support this.

The role will involve ensuring Governance is in place, spotting Project trends and Stakeholder Management.

Essential skills:

  • Strong experience in the use of Excel (Pivot tables ect) as a reporting tool, as well as Sharepoint
  • Experience supporting large change Projects
  • The ability to simplify complex information to report to senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to work, while able to take ownership and work on their own accord
  • A knowledge of Waterfall methodology

Desirable skills (but not essential):

  • Experience working within the Financial Services sector
  • A knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Experience using JIRA or Confluence
