FourthLine are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our internationally renowned legal client based in London. The successful candidate will be hired on a 12-month FTC paying up-to 80,000. Joining the team as a Project Manager, you will ensure strategic projects are successfully delivered across the firm, as-well as ensuring the firms spend on projects delivers their maximum return. Some of the main responsibilities of the role are the following: Ensuring the successful delivery of all projects across a variety of functions. Scoping, structuring and planning different projects. Liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure governance and control across projects. Change management and budget management. Management of multi-skilled teams. Suitable Candidates for the Project Manager role may have the following backgrounds or have experience in the following areas: Experience working within an international law firm OR an ‘Top Four’ consultancy. 5-10 years’ experience operating as a Project Manager delivering large scale projects. PRINCE2 Qualified / MSP. FourthLine are currently working alongside a leading international financial services company, based in the City of London, that are looking for a commercial lawyer for a 9-12 month maternity cover FTC. See below for details Legal Counsel Salary: up to 85,000 pro rata Start date: ASAP (However candidates with 4 weeks notice will still be considered) For this role you must have the following skillsets: General commercial contracts experience - IT agreements, outsourcing agreements, supply agreements, property agreements etc. 3-5 years PQE - Mid level role Prime brokerage / derivatives or trading documentation knowledge desirable but not essential GDPR knowledge desirable but not essential Generalist legal skill set - be able to provide counsel on a number of ad-hoc issues & pick up on new area's Some in-house or private practice experience within financial services industry is essential. Able to work autonomously as part of a mid sized international legal team.
