Information Security Analyst

I’m working with a leading Financial Services firm who are looking to identify a highly experienced Information Security professional to join on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Working as part of the Projects and Change team as opposed to BAU, ensuring Information Security processes are followed. Highlighting the risks involved within change projects i.e. what are the Information Security risks when integrating legacy, new and cloud-based systems. Conduct multiple Risk & Control Assessments including Supplier Due Diligence and Privacy Impact Assessments. Commission Pen Testing, analyse the results and ensure remedial action is taken. Take a consultative approach to Information Security, advising the business on best practices. Essential: 5+ years’ experience within Information / IT Security. CISSP qualification (or ability to gain this). Can multitask and manage an ever-changing project workflow. Able to make difficult decisions effectively. Acted as a Lead or Managed a team. Experienced engaging with all levels of the business including Senior Stakeholders. Desired: Banking background or background in a regulated environment. I’m working with a leading Start-up who are looking to identify an experienced Privacy Compliance professional to join on a Permanent basis. Responsibilities: Provide support across the business acting as the main point of contact for all Privacy queries both internal and external. Draft, review and amend Data Protection policies and procedures. Conduct multiple DPIA’s and wider Compliance and Third-party risk reviews. Review SARs and provide advice and guidance to the wider business. Working alongside the Compliance and Legal teams to embed Privacy within the culture. Essential: Must have 3-5 years hands-on operational experience of Data Protection & Privacy. Background in a Financial Services or Technology firm. Third-Party Information Security Assurance Analyst

I’m working with a leading Financial Services firm who are looking to identify a highly experienced Information Security professional with Third-Party Risk and Assurance experience to join on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships between the business and external Third-Party Suppliers. Act as the Subject Matter expert for Third-Part Risk & Assurance, able to advise the business on best practice. Conducting Supplier Due Diligence including Third-Party Security Risk Assessments. Writing detailed reports to Supply owners advising on outcomes and remediation activities. Essential: 1+ years’ experience with Third-Party Risk & Assurance. Relevant qualifications i.e. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC. Experienced engaging with all levels of the business including Senior Stakeholders. Able to travel to Third-Party sites on an irregular basis. Information Governance Analyst

I’m working with a Global firm who are looking to identify an Information Governance Analyst to join on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on operational role in which you will be providing support to the Information Governance and Records Management teams. Responsibilities: Working alongside the Records Management function, lead a team focused on Document Management Governance. Reviewing document movements internally and externally assessing the Risks involved. Responsible for managing Global Intake, Release and Destruction of files. Ensuring correct Document Management & wider Information Governance procedures are followed. Ensures correct Data Retention and Data Disposal procedures are followed. Essential: Document Review experience. Has a legal background i.e. Law degree with Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience. Desired: Hands-on experience of Document and Records Management systems e.g. iManage, LegalKey, iRM. Hands-on experience of eDiscovery software e.g. Relativity or Eclipse. Has worked with all aspects of Information Governance, mainly Records Management. Has worked within an International/Global organisation – preferably a law firm. Location: Manchester Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 (flexibility dependent on experience) Duration: Permanent
