One of the nation’s leading charities are looking to hire a new Records Manager based just south of the City of London to take control of their records management activities. This role is a senior position paying up to 40,000. This Records Manager is to work within their Information Governance team across their two sites in the City of London and South-East London managing their highly sensitive information services. In this role, you will have the responsibility to… Raise awareness of best Information and Records Management practices; Manage their records and information efficiently and to a secure standard; Work with their Information Governance Manager and Information Risk team providing training and awareness on to data protection, information management, information governance etc; Implement and develop new retention policies, data processing systems classification schemes nationwide; Consistently monitor the records management and handling and provide advice and training where necessary; The ideal candidate will have… A good level of higher education. Degree level or equivalent; A Records Management recognised qualification or can demonstrate practical Records Management experience to a similar level; The passion to bring new ideas and the confidence to suggest new, more enabling processes to Records Management; A working understanding of legislation and regulation surrounding data protection, governance and management The ability to communicate to all level of the team about specialist, complex responsibilities and issues; Strong IT and computer skills and be able to use recognised records management systems.

FourthLine are currently recruiting for an IT Risk Manager to join our insurance client based in Kent. The successful candidate will be hired on a permanent basis, salary dependent on experience. Joining the organisation as an IT Risk Manager, you will be the SME for the second line of defence. Some of the main responsibilities of the role are the following: • Support the design and implementation of the businesses Information and Technology Risk Framework. • Act SME for the group on information and technology risks. • Provide second line opinion on whether the wider group has suitably identified and assessed its key IT Risks and put effect mitigation strategies in place. • Support, challenge and improve the firms IT strategic risk management processes.
