The role is to work with the head of the Director of Risk and Compliance, and is an additional role to join the existing dedicated team. The role can be based in either of Cambridge or Norwich. Responsibilities: Providing commercial drafting input into client and supplier contracts Responding to risk related questions in tenders Respond to outsourcing related queries, for example contracts with new suppliers to ensure they are compliant with the SRA outsourcing requirements, confidentiality clauses and rights of audit. The role will be for a Lead lawyer to join the existing legal team, which acts as primary legal advisers to all staff including the Executive Board.
