Our client had a regular inflow of arbitration cases, however, they didn’t have a dedicated arbitration specialist to focus on the work exclusively or go out and win business directly.

- We drew up a list of candidates to approach, ensuring that we weren’t approaching anyone from a partner firm that referred arbitration work on to our client
- As well as ensuring candidates had the right technical knowledge we also had to ensure that the candidate had the right soft skills & style to manage a shift away from a corporate working environment
- We were fully engaged with our client's ambitious plans and the strategies in place to grow, which meant that we were able to find the right candidate and convince them to make the move
