After noticing a talent gap within a mid-tier regulatory consultancy based in London, FourthLine reached out to help them establish and grow their FS regulatory consulting division by providing a talent solution.

The Problem

With the previous employee who held this position having moved on, there was a lack of senior leadership talent to enable the business to grow. Although they had good junior staff in the team, the firm needed someone to lead.

After having worked with the firm previously, FourthLine saw this as a great opportunity to solve their operational issue and clear a pathway for future growth.

Due to the nature of the business, we knew that the right candidate would have not only a “sales mindset” that is good at winning business, but also have the technical expertise to talk to the right people and understand their needs.
