A start-up London Market Insurer needed an interim solution whilst searching for a key permanent role within their Compliance function. Results
 
Our client set out to interview one candidate, which they had found through an alternative provider. On our recommendation, they brought in another candidate to offer comparison. We then used the CCF and our large London Market Candidate Network to identify a strong compliance professional who demonstrated experience in setting up Compliance functions within start-up businesses.
