Reporting and Measurement of Operational Resilience: Investment Association Webinar

Operational Resilience reporting white paper

The Investment Association UK webinar, ‘Reporting and Measurement of Operational Resilience,’ held on 25th June 2024 in collaboration with Corporater and FourthLine, focused on operational resilience reporting and the importance of mapping, strategy and data.

Watch the webinar replay where Scott Bridgen, VP at Corporater, and Dan Waltham, Director at FourthLine, discuss the tendency to hastily achieve a “green” status in resilience reporting, often masking vulnerabilities, especially in technology and supplier pillars.

Effective resilience reporting should acknowledge vulnerabilities to inform strategic investment decisions, remediation, or risk acceptance. Firms with extensive data should prioritise mapping and set resilience standards to streamline reporting. In contrast, those with insufficient data should establish clear resilience strategies and objectives, often leveraging attestation-based reporting.

Learn more about identifying and mapping resilience attributes, setting standards, and developing a resilience strategy.  Listen to the experts discussing the importance of setting ambitious targets and using a weighted aggregation model for resilience metrics.
